Eye Love Berries & Cashews Smoothie Bowl

This tasty smoothie bowl features berries (for anthocyanins), apricots (for vitamin A/beta carotenelutein, and vitamin C), avocado (for omega 3s), and cashews (for lutein and zeaxanthin)

For the Smoothie Bowl

  • ½ cup unsweetened cashew milk 
  • ½ avocado, skin and pit removed
  • 4 apricot halves (canned in juice) or 2 fresh apricots, roughly chopped
  • 1 tablespoon cashew butter (or other nut butter)
  • 1 small frozen banana, cut in chunks
  • 1 cup Wyman’s Triple Berry blend
  • ½ teaspoon honey, optional
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract, optional
  • dash of cinnamon, optional

Suggested Toppings

  • 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
  • Chopped cashews
  • Chopped dried apricots
  • Wyman’s Frozen Triple Berry blend

Cooking mode

When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions while you cook!


  • Step 1

    Install stacked blade in the 72-oz Power Pitcher.  

  • Step 2

    Add ingredients to the pitcher in the order listed, then install the lid.  

  • Step 3

    Select BOWL, then press START/STOP. If more blending is needed, run on speed 10 until combined.  

  • Step 4

    Remove lid and stacked blade from pitcher after blending. 

  • Step 5

    Decorate with toppings of your choice and serve.
