Easy Pitaya Pineapple Smoothie Bowl

  • 2 cups frozen pitaya (dragon fruit) chunks
  • 12 ounces pineapple Juice

TOPPINGS (optional)

  • Banana slices
  • Mixed berries
  • Seeds or nuts

  • Step 1

    Fill an empty CREAMi™ Pint to the MAX FILL line with pitaya chunks.

  • Step 2

    Next, cover the pitaya with the pineapple juice up to the max fill line. Two whole cans of pineapple juice will not be required. Stir the pitaya and pineapple juice and if necessary, add more juice to reach the max fill line. Place storage lid on pint and freeze for 24 hours.

  • Step 3

    Remove pint from freezer and remove lid from pint. Place pint in outer bowl, install CREAMi Paddle onto outer bowl lid, and lock the lid assembly on the outer bowl. Place bowl assembly on motor base and twist the handle right to raise the platform and lock in place.

  • Step 4

    Select SMOOTHIE BOWL.

  • Step 5

    When processing is complete, transfer to a bowl and garnish with desired toppings.
