Step-by-step instruction without your screen going to sleep

  • 4 Salmon fillets, skin on (4 oz each)
  • 1 tablespoon curry seasoning mix
  • 1 cup prepared tzatziki sauce
  • 1 cup pomegranate seeds
  • ¼ cup chopped parsley
  • Step 1

    Place crisper plate in the 4-quart container. Add salmon, skin side down, and season with curry seasoning.

  • Step 2

    Place the adapter on the container, then install the CRISPi PowerPod in the adapter. Press MODE until AIR FRY illuminates, set time for 13 minutes, and press START to begin cooking.

  • Step 3

    Meanwhile, spread tzatziki on a serving platter.

  • Step 4

    When cooking is complete, transfer salmon to serving platter. Garnish with pomegranate seeds and parsley. Serve warm.
