Crispy Whole Chicken

Step-by-step instruction without your screen going to sleep
- 3–4-pound whole roaster chicken, patted dry, giblets removed
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- kosher salt, as desired
- ground black pepper, as desired
- lemon wedges, for garnish

Step 1
Rub entire chicken with olive oil and season generously with salt and pepper.

Place crisper plate in the Big Batch Container, then place the chicken on top.

Place the adapter on the container, then install the CRISPi PowerPod in the adapter. Press MODE until AIR FRY illuminates, set time to 60 minutes, and press START to begin cooking.

Cooking is complete when internal temperature of chicken reaches at least 165°F on an instant-read thermometer. Add additional cooking time if needed.

Transfer chicken to a cutting board and let rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing. Serve hot with lemon wedges.
