Crispy Air Fried Vegan Ravioli

TIP: Be sure that the raviolis are not touching each other while they air fry for optimal crispiness! Also, this recipe pairs well with marinara and I recommend warming it up before serving.

  • 1 cup Italian-style bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated vegan Parmesan cheese (or nutritional yeast)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 8 tablespoons liquid vegan egg
  • 18 ounces prepared vegan raviolis
  • Nonstick cooking spray
  • Fresh chopped parsley or basil, as desired, for garnish
  • Marinara sauce, for dipping
  • Step 1

    Install SearPlate in the bottom level of the unit, then close the door. Select AIR FRY, set temperature to 375°F, and set time to 10 minutes. Press the setting dial to begin preheating.

  • Step 2

    In a medium bowl, add bread crumbs, vegan Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Mix until evenly combined.

  • Step 3

    In small bowl, add the liquid vegan egg.

  • Step 4

    Dip a ravioli in the vegan egg, then transfer to the bread crumb mixture, tossing to evenly coat. Repeat with the remaining raviolis.

  • Step 5

    Transfer the raviolis to the Air Fry Basket, making sure they are not crowding each other. You may have to cook in batches. Then spray both sides of the raviolis with nonstick cooking spray.

  • Step 6

    When unit has preheated, open the door and slide the basket into the top rails. Close door to begin cooking.
