Chocolate Chip and Banana Bread Bundt Cake
Who doesn’t love banana bread? This bundt cake version is perfect for your next brunch, but also works great as delicious dessert!

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 stick (1/2 cup) unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Cooking spray

- Stand or Hand Mixer

Step 1
Close crisping lid. Select BAKE/ROAST, set temperature to 325°F, and set time to 5 minutes. Select START/STOP to begin preheating.

In a medium bowl, stir together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.

In a large bowl, beat together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Stir in the eggs, vanilla, and bananas.

Slowly add the dry mixture to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips.

Use cooking spray to grease the Ninja tube pan or a 7-inch Bundt pan. Pour the batter into the pan.

Once preheated, please pan on the reversible rack in the lower position. Close crisping lid.

Select BAKE/ROAST, set temperature to 325°F, and set time to 40 minutes. Select START/STOP to begin.

After 30 minutes, open the lid and check doneness by inserting a toothpick into the cake. If it comes out clean, it is done. If not, continue baking until done.

When cooking is complete, remove pan from pot and place on a cooling rack for 30 minutes before serving.
