Step-by-step instruction without your screen going to sleep

  • 4 6-ounce boneless pork chops
  • 1 pound broccoli/cauliflower, cut in 1–2-inch florets
  • Step 1

    Insert a crisper plate in the bottom of each basket.

  • Step 2

    Add broccoli/cauliflower to the top of the crisper plate, place a Stacked Meal Rack over the broccoli/cauliflower, and place the pork chops on top of the rack. Place basket in either Zone 1 or Zone 2.

  • Step 3

    Select DOUBLE STACK PRO (unit will default to AIR FRY function and 450°F temperature), then set Zone time to 18 minutes and press START/PAUSE to begin cooking.

  • Step 4

    When cooking is complete, use an instant-read thermometer to ensure the protein has reached desired doneness, adding additional time as needed. Remove pork chops from the racks and set aside. To remove rack, use tongs to grab the center, or wear oven mitts and lift the rack out using the handles on their sides. Serve pork chops hot with broccoli/cauliflower.
