Black Grape Sorbet

NOTE: If your freezer is too cold, the sorbet may look crumbly. If this occurs, select RE-SPIN to process the mixture a little more.

Step-by-step instruction without your screen going to sleep

  • 1 cup black grape juice
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1 1/4 cup black seedless grapes

Utensils

  • Step 1

    Heat grape juice and sugar in a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until sugar has dissolved. Stir in lemon juice.

  • Step 2

    Place grapes into a blender, pour in the warm grape juice and blend until smooth.

  • Step 3

    Place sieve over an empty CREAMi™ pint and pour in mixture to the MAX FILL line. Place storage lid on pint and freeze for 24 hours.

  • Step 4

    Remove pint from freezer, remove lid, then place pint in outer bowl. Install paddle into outer bowl lid and lock the lid assembly on the outer bowl. Place bowl assembly on motor base and twist the handle right to raise the platform and lock in place.

  • Step 5

    Select SORBET.

  • Step 6

    Once processing is complete,  remove sorbet from pint and serve immediately.
