Air Fried Stuffed Apples Two Ways: Cranberry Pecan & Rosemary Brie

These warm, decedent air fried apples make the perfect holiday appetizer, snack, or desert. The cranberry pecan filling is sweet while the rosemary brie filling offers a savory alternative. Both are packed with melt-in-your-mouth flavor.

TIP: You can double the servings of this recipe by coring the apples, and then cutting them in half. Lay on the rounded side and top with filling before placing in the air fryer.

  • 4 medium apples

Cranberry Pecan Filling

  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons chopped pecans
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons dried cranberries

Rosemary Brie Filling

  • 1/2 cup brie cheese, cut into small cubes
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

TOPPINGS (optional)

  • Honey, as desired
  • Maple syrup, as desired


  • 2 medium bowls
  • Step 1

    Cut off the top of each apple, remove the core and scoop out about half of the flesh.

  • Step 2

    To prepare the cranberry pecan filling, place all ingredients into a medium bowl and mix until combined. Divide the filling between two of the prepared apples.

    To prepare the rosemary brie filling, place all ingredients into a medium bowl and mix until combined. Divide the filling between the two remaining prepared apples.

    Install a crisper plate in both baskets. Place 2 apples in each basket, then insert the baskets in the unit.

    Select Zone 1, select AIR FRY, set temperature to 325°F, and set time to 15 minutes. Select MATCH COOK to match Zone 2 settings to Zone 1. Press the START/PAUSE button to begin cooking.

  • Step 6

    When cooking is complete, remove apples from the baskets and let cool. Drizzle cranberry pecan apples with maple syrup and the rosemary brie apples with honey if desired before serving.
