Air Fried Parmesan Brussels Sprouts
These Parmesan Brussels Sprouts are so easy to throw together and serve as a side for any meal. Popping them in the air fryer gets them perfectly crispy and tender, and the salty Parmesan cheese makes these a tasty vegetable even your kids will love!

Step-by-step instruction without your screen going to sleep
- 17.5oz fresh Brussel sprouts, cut in half lengthwise
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 7oz grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Utensils
- Ninja® Air Fryer
- Silicone-Tipped Tongs

Step 1
Insert the crisper basket into unit and close lid. Select AIR FRY and set temperature to 200°C. Press START/STOP to begin preheating.

While the unit is preheating, toss the Brussel sprouts in a large bowl with the olive oil, parmesan, salt and pepper.

When the unit beeps to signify it has preheated, add the Brussel sprouts to the crisper basket. Close lid and set cook time for 10 minutes.

Use silicone coated tongs to toss the sprouts 1-2 times during cooking.

When the cook time is finished, remove the Brussels sprouts from the crisper basket and serve immediately – enjoy!
