Kara Bleday’s love of cooking took her from Washington DC to Hawaii’s Culinary Institute of the Pacific in 2010. After culinary school, she interned with chef Masaharu Morimoto at his Waikiki restaurant, immersing herself in Asian cuisine and cooking techniques. Soon after, while living in Guam, Kara traveled throughout Asia and the Pacific learning about new and old food trends, studying different markets, and understanding how the culinary world is interwoven. Kara has worked as a restaurant consultant in San Diego, Connecticut and New York, and after relocating to Boston, Kara joined the Ninja Culinary Team. There she launched the first ever Global Chef Network and opened London’s Test Kitchen, bringing 5-star products to consumers around the globe.
