Domino’s corporate chef has a degree in Food Science and is a Certified Baker from the American Institute of Baking. Though she officially began her culinary education in her native El Salvador, earning a degree in Food Engineering, Eleonora has been baking with her family since she was a child. Her formal training continued in Spain, where she studied management of food enterprises, then to Kansas at the American Institute of Baking.
