Cooking mode

Step-by-step instruction without your screen going to sleep

  • 1/3 cup marshmallow topping
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon dark cocoa powder
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Utensils

  • Medium Saucepan
  • Whisk
  • Step 1

    Place all ingredients except for chocolate chips into saucepan. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, then remove from heat.

  • Step 2

    Add chocolate chips and whisk to combine until chocolate chips are completely melted into ice cream base.

  • Step 3

    Pour base into an empty CREAMi™ Pint up to the MAX FILL line. Place pint into an ice bath. Once cooled, place storge lid on pint and freeze for 24 hours.

  • Step 4

    Remove pint from freezer and remove lid from pint. Place pint in outer bowl, install Creamerizer™ Paddle in outer bowl lid, and lock the lid assembly onto the outer bowl. Place bowl assembly on motor base and twist the handle right to raise the platform and lock in place.

  • Step 5

    Select ICE CREAM.

  • Step 6

    When processing is complete, remove ice cream from pint and serve immediately.
