Easy Grilled Chicken Breast
This grilled chicken breast is an easy and delicious protein to throw on the grill! In about 30 minutes, you can have dinner on the table for you and your family. Pair this chicken with some grilled veggies and pasta or rice.

Step-by-step instruction without your screen going to sleep
- 4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (6-8 ounces each)
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 4 tablespoons BBQ seasoning
- kosher salt, as desired
- ground black pepper, as desired

Step 1
To install the grill grate, position it flat on top of the heating element and gently press down until it sits into place.

Turn dial to GRILL, set temperature to HI, and set time to 16 minutes. Select START/STOP to begin preheating (preheating will take approx. 10-12 minutes). Depending on the size of the chicken and desired doneness, more or less time may be needed during the cooking cycle. Use the arrows to the right to add or reduce time as necessary.

While the unit is preheating, season the chicken on all sides with oil, BBQ seasoning, salt, and pepper.

When unit beeps to signify it is preheated and ADD FOOD is displayed, open the hood and place the chicken on the grill. Close the hood to being cooking.

When FLIP is displayed, open the hood, flip the breasts, then close the hood to continue cooking.

When cooking is complete, remove chicken from grill and serve.
