Beyond the Bagel Dip
This Beyond the Bagel Dip, is literally everything but the bagel. Within minutes, you can have a garlicy flavored dip ready to serve with a spread of lox, bagels, red onions, tomatoes, and capers. This dip also goes great with potato chips and pretzels.
Tip: Don’t have Greek yogurt? Substitute equal amounts sour cream. For a more whipped consistency, try using whipped cream cheese.

Cooking mode
Step-by-step instruction without your screen going to sleep
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 3 tablespoons everything bagel seasoning, plus extra for garnish
TOPPINGS (optional)
- Scallions, chopped, as desired
- Fresh parsley, chopped, as desired

Step 1
Install the blade assembly in the Pitcher.

Step 2
Place all ingredients in the pitcher in the order listed. Install lid on pitcher, then install pitcher on motor base.

Select SPREAD. Twist built-in tamper counterclockwise continuously while blending until program is complete.

Remove lid from pitcher after blending. Transfer mixture into a serving bowl and allow to chill for at least 20 minutes before serving. Top with extra everything bagel seasoning and chopped scallions or parsley as desired. Serve dip with potato chips, pretzels, or fresh vegetables.
