Step 1
Install blade assembly in 34-ounce Pitcher. Pour milk or milk alternative into the pitcher, filling to the LIQUID FILL line. For 1 serving, use the 8-ounce fill line, or for 2 servings, use the 10-ounce fill line.

Add FROZEN mixed berries, directly from freezer. For 1 serving, use the 16-ounce fill line, or for 2 servings, use the 34-ounce fill line.

Amplify your base by adding 1 scoop of yogurt, super-food powder, protein powder, and/or nut butter.

Install the lid on the pitcher and then install the pitcher on the motor base. Select BOWL to begin blending. Twist the built-in tamper counterclockwise continuously while processing. For best results, twist the built-in tamper during the entire program time.

Pour into a bowl and top with fresh fruit, nuts, granola, and seeds, as desired.
