Marshmallow Brownies
TIP: After 45 minutes of cooking, if the tops of the brownies are getting too dark, cover them with a layer of foil for the last 15 minutes.

- 2 (18-ounce) boxes prepared brownie mix, divided
- 2 cups mini marshmallows, divided
- Nonstick cooking spray

Step 1
In a mixing bowl, prepare one box of brownie mix according to box instructions. Add 1 cup of mini marshmallows to brownie batter and stir to incorporate.

Remove the crisper plate from Zone 1 and spray basket lightly with nonstick cooking spray. Pour brownie batter into Zone 1 and insert basket into unit.

Repeat steps 1 and 2 for second box of brownie mix and remaining marshmallows.

Select Zone 1, select BAKE, set temperature to 325°F, and set time to 1 hour. Select MATCH COOK to match Zone 2 settings to Zone 1. Press the START/PAUSE button to begin cooking.

When the Zones 1 and 2 time 15 minutes, check brownies for doneness. Brownies are done when a toothpick or knife is inserted into brownie mix and comes out clean. If brownies are getting darker on top than desired, cover with foil.

When cooking is complete, remove baskets from unit and allow to cool for 1 hour.

Use a large, rubber-tipped spatula to remove brownies from baskets. Cut into desired size pieces and serve.
