LEVEL 1 (BOTTOM OF POT)

  • 4 cups water
  • 2 boxes (7 1/4 ounces each) macaroni & cheese, cheese packets set aside
  • 1/4 cup whole milk, set aside
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, set aside

LEVEL 2 (BOTTOM LAYER OF RACK)

  • 2 heaping cups broccoli florets, cut in 1-inch pieces
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Kosher salt, as desired
  • Ground black pepper, as desired

LEVEL 3 (TOP LAYER OF RACK)

  • 2 cups 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • Kosher salt, as desired
  • Ground black pepper, as desired
  • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 2 cups panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 6 fresh chicken breast tenderloins

Utensils

  • Three Medium Bowls
  • Aluminum Foil
  • Step 1

    Place the water and macaroni in the pot (set aside the cheese packets) and stir to combine.

  • Step 2

    Place a 15-inch sheet of aluminum foil on a flat surface. Add the broccoli to the center and toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Fold the edges in to create a sealed packet. Place the foil packet on the bottom layer of the Deluxe Reversible Rack in the lower position, then place the rack in the pot over the pasta mixture.

  • Step 3

    Prepare the dredging station by adding the flour, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl. Stir until evenly mixed. In a separate medium bowl, add the beaten eggs. In a third bowl, add breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese. Stir to combine.

  • Step 4

    Bread the top side of each chicken breast tenderloin by dredging in the flour mixture, dipping in the egg wash, and then placing in the breadcrumb mixture.

  • Step 5

    Slide the Deluxe Layer through the lower layer’s handles. Place the chicken on the Deluxe Layer.

  • Step 6

    Close the lid and move the slider to STEAMCRISP. Select STEAM & CRISP, set temperature to 390°F, and set time to 10 minutes. Press START/STOP to begin cooking (PrE will display for approx. 15 minutes as the unit steams, then the timer will start counting down).

  • Step 7

    Add the reserved cheese packets, milk, and butter to the pasta and stir until fully combined. Serve warm with chicken tenders and broccoli.
