Step 1
Install SearPlate in the bottom level of the unit, then close the door. Select FRESH PIZZA, set the temperature to 500°F, and set the time to 7 minutes. Press the setting dial to begin preheating. (The timer will start counting down as soon as the unit has preheated. Simply turn the dial to add time or prep ingredients beforehand.)
-
Step 2
While unit is preheating, add oats, cold butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a small bowl and work together with your fingers until a crumbly texture forms, about 5 minutes.
-
Step 3
Lightly coat a rolling pin with flour, then roll dough into a 12-inch round circle, about 1/4-inch thick. Transfer pizza dough to a sheet of parchment paper.
-
Step 4
Evenly top the dough with the brown sugar crumb mixture. Then use a pastry brush or your fingers to gently rub olive oil onto the outer edge of the dough.
-
Step 5
When the unit has preheated, open the door. Using the parchment paper, carefully transfer the pizza to the hot SearPlate. After 4 minutes of cooking, open the door and carefully pull the parchment paper out from under the pizza, allowing the pizza to sit directly on the SearPlate. Close the door to finish cooking.
-
Step 6
While pizza cooks, prepare the frosting. Place all frosting ingredients in a large bowl and with an electric mixer, beat until the frosting comes together. It will be slightly runny.
-
Step 7
When cooking is complete, carefully remove pizza from the hot SearPlate. Let pizza cool for 5 minutes, then drizzle with cream cheese frosting.
