Crispy Buffalo Tofu

Step-by-step instruction without your screen going to sleep
- 2 packages (16 ounces each) extra-firm tofu, cut in 1-inch cubes
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- ⅔ cup cornstarch
- ½ cup prepared buffalo sauce
To Serve
- Crumbled blue cheese
- Blue cheese dip
- Celery sticks
- Carrot sticks

Step 1
In a large bowl, add the tofu, oil, and cornstarch, and gently toss until evenly coated.

Place crisper plate in the 4-qt Big Batch Container, then place transfer to tofu to the tray.

Place the adapter on the container, then install the CRISPi PowerPod in the adapter. Press MODE until AIR FRY illuminates. Set time to 30 minutes, and press START to begin cooking.

When 15 minutes remain on the timer, remove PowerPod, and using silicone-tipped tongs, gently toss tofu to ensure even cooking. Replace PowerPod and press START to resume cooking.

Step 5
When cooking is complete, ensure tofu is crispy, adding additional time as needed. Once complete drizzle buffalo sauce over tofu and toss to combine. Serve hot with blue cheese crumbles, blue cheese dip, and vegetable sticks as desired.
