Tomato Soup with Grilled Cheese

Level 1 (Combi Cooker Pan)

  • 2 cans (19-ounces each) prepared tomato soup

Level 2 (Bake Tray)

  • 12 slices white bread
  • 1/4 cup mayo, divided
  • 12 slices cheese (American or cheddar)
  • Step 1

    Pour both cans of soup into Combi Cooker Pan. Slide pan into Level 1.

  • Step 2

    Build grilled cheese sandwiches using 2 slices of bread and 2 slices of cheese. Evenly spread about 1 teaspoon of mayo on the outside of each piece of bread. Repeat process to make 6 sandwiches and place on Bake Tray.

  • Step 3

    Close door and flip the SmartSwitch to COMBI COOKER. Select COMBI MEALS set temperature to 450°F and set time to 6 minutes. Press START/STOP and begin cooking (the unit will steam for 10 minutes).

  • Step 4

    When countdown timer has 2 minutes remaining, open door and remove Bake Tray. Flip the grilled cheese sandwiches. Slide the tray back into level 2, then close door to continue cooking. 

  • Step 5

    When cooking is complete, remove tray and pan. Serve.
