Step 1
n a large bowl, whisk together the cream, whole milk, apple cider, brown sugar, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, ground nutmeg, ground allspice, and ground cloves until evenly combined.
-
Step 2
Pour base into an empty CREAMi™ Pint. Place storage lid on pint and freeze for 24 hours.
-
Step 3
At least two hours before making ice cream (or overnight with the pint), slice an apple cider donut into bite size pieces, transfer to a baking sheet or plate and freeze. This will help prevent the donuts from fully disintegrating into the ice cream.
-
Step 4
Remove pint from freezer and remove lid from pint. Place pint in outer bowl, install Creamerizer™ Paddle onto outer bowl lid, and lock the lid assembly on the outer bowl. Place bowl assembly on motor base and twist the handle right to raise the platform and lock in place.

Select ICE CREAM.
-
Step 6
With a spoon or knife, create a 1 ½-inch wide hole that reaches the bottom of the pint. Add apple cider donut pieces and process again using the MIX-IN program.
-
Step 7
When processing is complete, remove ice cream from pint, top with more donut pieces and sprinkles as desired, and serve immediately.
