Meatball Pizza Pasta Bowl
Meatballs and pizza–there has never been a better match! These Italian meatballs are stuffed with pepperoni and paired with creamy marinara pasta and zucchini. It’s a meal the whole family will love!

LEVEL 1 (BOTTOM OF POT)
- 1 box (8 ounces) rotini pasta
- 1 1/2 cups water or stock
- 1 jar (24 ounces) pasta sauce of choice
- 1 cup chopped zucchini (cut into half-inch half moons)
LEVEL 2 (TRAY)
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/4 cup chopped pepperoni
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1 large egg
TOPPINGS (optional)
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- Chopped basil

Step 1
To prepare the meatballs, combine beef, pepperoni, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, flour, and egg in a large bowl and mix until well combined. Form mixture into 12 evenly portioned meatballs.

Place all Level 1 ingredients in the pot and stir to combine. Pull out the legs on the Crisper Tray, then place the tray in the elevated position in the pot. Place meatballs on the tray.

Close the lid and flip the SmartSwitch™ to RAPID COOKER. Select SPEEDI MEALS, set temperature to 350°F, and set time for 15 minutes. Press START/STOP to begin cooking (the unit will steam for approx. 10 minutes before crisping).

After 12 minutes, remove meatballs and set aside. Close the lid and let the pasta mixture continue to cook for another 3 minutes.

When cooking is complete, use silicone-tipped tongs to grab the center handle and remove the tray from the unit. Stir pasta and zucchini and serve with meatballs. Top with shredded mozzarella and chopped basil.
